@Stahesh Make duels to the death great again. Seriously though, "honor" in all its forms, seems to be more of an impediment to the growth of human civilization than not?
@marlathetourist @Stahesh - Basically, maintaining a sense of personal honor, is a safeguard against incurring regrets.
Regrets are awful, and will drive people to self-destruction - happens every day.
But if a person should fail at something they tried, for something worthwhile and in an honorable fashion... Then there is no need for them to indulge in crippling regret. They can honestly tell themselves that they did their best. And that's worth a lot. 🫡🍻
