Was listening to the show the other day, and caught the segment about how being attracted to 18yo females is used an excuse to call men pedos... 🤔
You know, that's an extremely damaging label, and rightly so. It's so toxic in fact, that people are afraid to have honest discussions about the topic.
At the same time, on normie Yahoo news, articles like this have been common as far back as 2000:

...and what's the impulse behind it? Why is this even an article? 🤔🤔💁🏻♂️
@YoMomz "Old enough to bleed old enough to breed", use to be a common saying in the South, had the civil war been won consent laws may have been different,of chorus other sayings like "Why go down the street when you can go down the hall",also existed in the South so keeping things in the family sometimes avoided pesky Yankee laws.
@YoMomz There is nothing wrong with finding someone attractive. Manipulation is what society is wary of. An adult is reasonably presumed to have undue influence over a youth.
We have compromise milestones for various adult activities like driving, voting, and drinking. Legal majority is usually 18 or 21. Financial majority is up to 24. Biologically, physical maturity is about 25 and mental maturity around 27.
Pedo -bells typically sound below 16, age-gap dependent. The rest is exploitation.
@LudditeMan @YoMomz I suppose, short of a basic competency test (and the can of worms that is), we make do with what we can.
I recently had a male employee who at 57 had the emotion maturity of a 11 year old. I suddenly realized why he had nothing to his name.
Such is life.
The societal hypocrisy is so real.
