For you guys old enough to remember, was corporate always this inefficient or is it women?
Good point ,but I wanted to keep it simple because I read somewhere if you give people too many choices they don't pick any of them.
I'm leaning toward women but I don't want to be a man with a hammer and assume everything that sucks is because of them.
@UncleIroh @basedbagel I haven’t worked much in corporate but it seems worse. Corporate culture may have been out of touch but could be effective when it wanted to.
Today corporate culture seems to have no concept of effective.
@basedbagel @basedbagel Probably always that way, but since the world "moved" slower back in the day, those inefficiencies were not as obvious as they are in a faster moving world

On reflection, this poll is too simple since corporate culture has always been political and inefficient in some way or the other.
Maybe add more options:
"It was Globalism"
"It was the Juice"
"None of the above"
