Is there a way for a community to teach women in it to
1 have choices learning responsibility & experiencing legal responsibility for their choices
2 and also have a mean average birth rate of at least 3 children per woman?
@shortstories Women are conformists. They will follow the herd. If society public shames women for being hoes, and men stop enabling the behavior it will cease to be.
