What if a foreign country indicts our president for violating a foreign law? Should we extradite our president? Or should we be okay if they come in and get him by force?

They are welcome to try. That's really all it boils down to: can you pull it off or not? We're the hegemon, so we can pull it off. All the rest of them can do is whine about it.
