@Tfmonkey this is some great information. The only issue I would forsee is naysayers responding with, "But Afghanistan's birth rate is already high, so what does this prove?" This is nothing you can help, as unfortunately we do not have a recent example of a country with a below replacement birth rate turning things around to above replacement.
