@Tfmonkey I've been having bouts of insomnia lately myself. Then I started having concentration and fatigue problems. I gained a lot of weight too. I've concluded that I'm undergoing a spell of major depression/MDD. It's strange how my mind just won't work the way I want it to no matter how much I push it.

Point is, insomnia often is a symptom of a deeper issue. I've decided to deal with my depression by taking leave and doing hard-core hours of meditation, including a retreat next month.
