@ButtWorldsMan Well, if a owner has his dog off the lead and running about unsupervised, then I am not concerned what happens to it.
Dog owners are entitled and arrogant; allowing their animals to rule over them and are not properly trained. Jumping up on people. They think if they just call out, "my dog is friendly" then it is okay for everyone else to adjust to their dogs bad, untrained behavior.
