Parenting/upbringing does not even cross their mind.
I'm not saying all parents are perfect, but in general, most parents, even pet owners are wholly unqualified and lack the requisite IQ and credentials. Save the mentality and mental stability to pass on Values.

I had an encyclopedia series called "The book of Knowledge" that I read through until I was old enough to be allowed online.
Just another reason I'm SO glad I don't complain about my family anymore.
They may be Kray but they at least stayed together and helped me pay for uni.
