@shortstories Well, I am not necessarily for tax evasion either. These people are doing everything they can to defraud, at the expense ofnthe American taxpayer. Not just in the form of tax evasion.
There's no reason to remove their citizenship.
If they're American citizens and spy for China, that's treason and the penalty is death.
The only valid process is to annul their naturalization if they obtained it through fraud, followed by deportation.

I would like if they deport them for crimes that pose a threat to the physical safety of the public but not if they deport them for tax crimes
