An uneducated, undirected, easily-lead class of immigrants can be quite useful with proper management.

The other scenario you didn't mention relates to Islam: a largely uneducated, less intelligent, but very directed and not easily-led class of immigrant.
That poses serious problems too. This is why Jews have made Islam their eternal foe.
If Muslims ruled the world everyone regardless of ancestry could convert to Islam to avoid punishments for being a non muslim
If "Jews" ruled the world they would discriminate against people who have the wrong ancestry and who have not converted and make conversion difficult or impossible for people of the wrong ancestry
People without Jewish ancestry certification are better off in a world run by Muslims than run by Jews

BUT. you don't include Christianity (2.3 billion people), or Hindus, Buddhists, atheistic Chinese/Japanese/Koreans.

Buddhism, Christianity and Islam tolerate any race so long as people join their religion and sometimes tolerate other religions
Hinduism - Even if there was an untouchable caste they were allowed to live and not required to be slaves to the best of my knowledge
