Exclusive Monogamy creates artificial selection resulting in lower quality people conpared with traditional Biblical Polygyny if you want a society with kinder more compassionate men who are better at providing resources and physically stronger and more intelligent and more willing to defend themselves because in exclusive monogamy women are stuck with whatever men are left over or no one even if they have undesirable social, economic, mental or physical traits
If there is no after life and you eventually die then it does you no good to reproduce as your mind will not continue on after death to see any benefit from the legacy you leave society
If there is a after life whether heaven or reincarnation or something else then the criteria that determine your after life is what matters not whether or not you reproduce
If you can live forever without dying but there is no afterlife then living values more than reproducing
That entire theory hinges on the idea that women never make mistakes in mate sleection. It also assumes that most men are too stupid to realize they're being exterminated while having their labor exploited.
I don't see how it's possible to sustain a belief in one of those conclusions, let alone both.

Polyandry is problematic because you can not tell who the father is and it leads to accidental incest
In Exodus 21 there was a temporary marriage system for men having temporary employment or servitude
The excess men might be able to take turns having temporary marriages with the same women
So that every man has the potential to reproduce but some can reproduce more because polygyny is still available
While avoiding the incest problem caused by polyandry
