But for me was association usually meat dairy and eggs have things like led, hormones, antibiotics patogens etc etc and The easy Part was just eat plants with high protein content like Beans garbazos avocados etc etc I lose around 15 pounds of weight The first month most of The weight was fat AND water that body store cause Chronic Inflamation The source of all diseases
