Modern Turkish has no gramnatical gender

When translating genderless occupation descriptions from Turkish to English people often chose so called male descriptions

In the past in English "he" or "him" could mean a male or female

But "she" or "her" could only mean a female

There was no pronoun that included males while excluding females in English until feminists started complaining about the use of "he"

Females entering male spaces was English grammatical default
