So for males Africa is not bigger than Europe because it depends on which African country vs which European country however SouthEast Asian countries seem to consistently be smaller than other countries from Europe, Africa or the Americas
The chart for females might very well be strongly correlated with an obesity chart

I think that's probably correct, it's what I was thinking too. The US figures are likely distorted by obesity figures.
