If you look into African Grey speech ability you might find it interesting
Some people think they have the highest human language comprehension of any bird in the world not just repeating sounds they hear but actually understanding them
It might be that more speech research has been done on this type of bird creating the illusion that they have a higher level of comprehension than other birds
There are two different types Congo and Timneh

You’ve likely read stories about macaws severing and biting off fingers, meaning a bite can be issued with crushing force.
A macaw’s bite can exert 350-400 pounds per square inch (PSI) of pressure, enough to crack a macadamia nut. In comparison, rottweilers have a bite force of 328 psi, and humans have a bite force of 126 psi.
The beak size and hooked shape mean macaws can bite through bone and tear off fingers.
@shortstories that that do. I've been bitten so many times. You just have to be careful with all animals.
@LudditeMan lol you want me in your mouth? Lol 😆 🤣 😂 😹
@LudditeMan I had a Grey. They are cool birds, I miss mine. Some asshole stole him.
@LudditeMan yeah a cholo took mine. It's pissed me off but I couldn't do anything.
@shortstories I owned African gray parrots I love them. Very friendly, not that noisy, good family pet.
@Gonzo17
If I had to guess a Macaw would beat a African Grey in a fight and it might not be safe to keep them together
The Macaw probably have a much more dangerous beak
Also I heard people say African Greys have a reputation for being clumsy but others say that is a myth or can be caused by medical problems or certain adverse psychological situations
