1 of the problems with the so called Sovereign citizen movement is that they suggest invoking common law
Common Law according to numerous websites I looked at is the same as Case Law
Case Law is where the judge gets to make up a ruling & then other judges go by the previous ruling
In my opinion we would be better off if the primary means of law interpretation would be Statutory Law where rulings are decided by the actual law code instead of what the judge wants
