Should we have racially segregated math competitions for the same reasons there are gender segregated sports competitions?

I mean, as much as math competitions could be popular.
What if Chinese on average are not as smart as people think but because they have a higher population they have more people with above a certain intelligence so they use thosr specific individuals to make them look smarter on average and they hide the stupid ones from the public
What if Chinese also cheat on intelligence tests and plagarize
What if China rigs the data about published Chinese IQ scores whenever it comes from Chinese givernment sources?
In China there was an ancient tradition of determining someone's job by placement test scores
People did not study what works in real life but only how to get good test marks
Then some European country or countries invaded China militarily and won because they tested what technology works in real life
The confucian mindset was to copy your elders and determine truth based on elders where as before ww2 the European mindset was to try to discover what is true based on experiments
I would suggest that the ancient Chinese Confucian tradition of copying your elders turned into plagarism in China and South Korea
There was even a woman in charge of a University busted for plagarism
