I read on your news letter that "China just secured two 20-year purchase deals with US producers to buy 700,000 tons of LNG annually for 25 years."
why would they do this if they might not be able to collect? if the war starts and china gets involved they will be on Russia's side, and the US will probably deny or cancel those contracts. they will be lousing money, same thing if they end up attacking Taiwan.

Dont they have to pay ahead of time for things like these?

@Tfmonkey not sure, some kind of pre order to formalize the contract with actual money? Not sure how it works.
@37712 if the government breaks their contract, then it costs them nothing.
