there is a incredible medicine that I always keep stocked in my medicine cabinet called ambroxol, it is a great medicine to take when you have any form of cough or mucus on your throat, is is very safe, no prescription needed, and costs about $1.50 for a month supply and guess what? you cant buy it here in the states.

why cant you buy it here in the states but you can buy it everywhere else in the world including Europe? because patent expired about 30 yrs ago and it is now a generic drug that is too cheap to make and the FDA safety studies expired too, a pharmaceutical company would have to pay billions to make new studies to have it re approved by the FDA and at the low price they are not likely to be able to make their money back.
