@DireGoy benefits at work is that they want to "lift" women and trans and niggers to positions of power for equality so I get dips on promotions, pay raises and such. My gf was in the room with me this one time when I was working from home, and I got a call to meet with my supervisor and my manager and I was sure I was gonna get blasted for something, they actually called me to give me the news that they where going to make me a supervisor.
@DireGoy depends where u work at and what state u are in, a few months ago it got me a pending ticket removed bc the police officer did not check and put male when my driver license says female. At work, only HR and a few of my bosses know I am trans, my workplace is extremely woke so it works to my benefit. They all refer to me as a guy. The day I told HR I literally got a call from a woman at work welcoming me to the "sisterhood" I am no joking, it was the weirdest thing.
@DireGoy yes, it's literally a 1 page form, one side, it just has you put in your name and ID number and your new sex and you sign at the bottom and you just go to your local DMV pay $21 and in a week you get your new drivers license. The process varies from state to state but it's federally illegal for them to question you if you are really trans or not. I literally walked in dresswd as a man with full bear, talked to a DMV women and got no pushback or anything.
