@shortstories @VeganMGTOW The truth is somewhere in the middle. The author of the video is right that Jesus isn't a carbon copy of any other single god, however he IS an amalgamation of different ideas from other pre-existing religions.

The video only focuses on the differences between these stories and omits the many similarities, which were even acknowledged by the early Christians, as seen in "The First Apology".

@shortstories @VeganMGTOW If rebirth/resurrection weren't already in these religions, Christians wouldn't have used these arguments to convince them.
The water/wine symbolism existed as well, performing miracles, etc.

These are all just stories and obviously they had to come from somewhere. To pretend Christianity is somehow unique and true, is to be willfully blind.
Use common sense and the truth becomes obvious.
