I had one tell me they don't want solutions, they just want to whine and complain and have someone listen to it. That's literally it.
@ButtWorldsMan Yes. This is normal female behavior. The best solution for you is to walk away and not deal with it, of course, but if one must deal with a complainer, I've found it best to practice my acting skills by asking relevant questions either until such time as the situation dictates that I can extricate myself or until I lead her to give the solution herself. She'll immediately look befuddled and wonder how she got herself to state the solution. It's quite entertaining actually.
