The reason I hate gatcha trash is because of what they did to the industry. Once upon a time people revolted over horse armor in oblivion. The common critique I've noticed from multiple people is that ye olde boomer shooters wouldn't give you the amount of resources you get here, but after playing I realized on any of the real difficulty modes (hard, exterminatus), if you get hit by any non-pest enemy you'll take dark souls tier damage. You will die fucking fast.
