Good call on the sardines, since you recommended them I've been eating for lunch daily. I always thought they were awful like anchovies but you're right about the minimal fishy taste. Not sure if you have access to this brand but they sell these at the local grocery store and I love them.

Your right about the ones with hot sauce or mustard, those are hard and not very good.

If you have these at your local store give them a try.

My exoerience is different brands and different flavors taste and digest different

Some are horrible and some taste great

Usually I like the ones with a lot of mustard and do not like the ones with oil or hot sauce

Get the wrong ones and I feel like I have problems involving going to the bathroom

But I do not buy dairy or eggs or meat or fish anymore because of the mRNA vaccines they can jab them with and still label them as non GMO and or Organic

@Tfmonkey @Chimi_Chuang_Tzu

The ones with oil I got that I did not like were cheap oils not olive oil

@shortstories @Chimi_Chuang_Tzu sardines are all wild caught because they're so cheap it makes no sense to farm them, so they all have a natural diet rich in Omega 3 and no MRNA bullshit.

@Tfmonkey @Chimi_Chuang_Tzu

So do the wild caught ones have a lot of mercury or other toxins but no mRNA fake vaccines?

I just recently heard a dr discussing the use of sardines in keto, and her response to some of the concerns was "little fish, little problems". I assume this means that their lifecycle is so short, they really don't have time to accumulate toxins as much as the bigger fish.

@Gideon @Chimi_Chuang_Tzu @shortstories correct, they don't live long enough to accumulate mercury like tuna and other fish do. They're also so cheap that they aren't worth farming, so they're always wild caught and fed a natural diet and not industrial goyslop.

@[email protected] @[email protected] @[email protected] @[email protected] more importantly they taste good and go good with all sorts of sauces.
Tomato, Heinz 57, mustard, peanut butter.
Maybe not that last one.
You can add them to pizza or pasta too.

Yeah, it's an acquired taste. My wife couldn't get it down, but I thought was pretty good. I describe it like tuna and salmon combined.
