Finally tried the anime style generation. It's okay, I guess. The women are all thicc by default, which is cool, but the style itself is rather rough and angular. You don't know how good it gets if you only use the base style.

The anthro style is a whole other world. It's smoother, and the results are cuter. The aesthetic just gives off the aura of softness. Definitely the better anime style.

@ButtWorldsMan I'm pleased that you too have found the anthro setting to be an improvement in terms of style, regardless of the mechanism(s) used to produce the effect.

@DoubleD I don't know if you PC gamer master race, but the problem with the anthro style is that bright settings become too bright and have the illusion of being blindingly bright. It's like turning on bloom in PC games. Depending on the game, bloom can turn a light from being a basic source of light, to something that exudes brightness and is difficult to look directly into without discomfort. Note the office pic. Good lighting. The outside pics have very powerful bloom effects. Not comfy.

@ButtWorldsMan
First, PC master race.
Second, playing with the saturation can help alleviate that because it doesn't try so hard to bring out the brightness of colours. One or two notches down can help, or if you must have that purple hair and green eyes pop, try "low exposure" or "underexposed".

@DoubleD Yea, lowering saturation made the image less discomforting. Although less colorful. Gonna have to put it between 2 and 5 for future generations.

@ButtWorldsMan These images demonstrate a series of variation I've seen with the AI: Do some images give you the impression that the female depicted is of different ages? Some teenage, others mid-20's, while others an almost 30's female? I believe it is subtle changes in the eye size as well as the size of the head compared to the torso size, regardless of breast size to modify the impression of neoteny.

@DoubleD in anime age is dependent on how large the eyes are, how round the eyes are, the surface area of the forehead. Generally. But that's just the face. The rest of the age is shown through body type. I've seen the anthro style change her height around, so that might be why you're sensing age changes.
