@ButtWorldsMan It is a wonderful hobby, baking sourdough. There are family-owned bakeries that have the same starter colony that their founders used over a century ago.

@DoubleD @ButtWorldsMan There is a low-carb parallel to sourdough baking, too: kefir brewing. I'll make a tutorial in the future. You only have to buy the kefir culture once to get it started, then you can refill the jars with fresh milk forever.

@Mongoliaboo @ButtWorldsMan I've been making kefir, cheese, butter, and yogurt for years now. They are all excellent! Those who have never made their own butter are missing a wonderful experience.
