Those might have been Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jewish Sunder Commandos doing that if that happened which it most likely did not happen and if it did happen and it was done by German soldiers they were most likely punished if caught because they were not allowed to kill Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jews without authorization based on a crime Ashkenazi or Sephardic Jews did under threat of some sort of legal punishment although I will have to check sources to verify the last claim I heard
