The Santa Monica Police Department has released photos of some of the looting suspects arrested in the Los Angeles area as fires devastated communities and forced survivors to flee their homes.

The suspects allegedly were caught with tools to aid in burglary and had an app open that tracks wildfire evacuation areas.
