Hundreds of open border activists and Mexican nationalists shut down traffic in Salem, Ore. on Feb. 1. They attacked passing cars during the day and by around 8:30 p.m., turned an intersection into a dangerous street car occupation and terrorized the public.
Police made five arrests of men, all Latinos. One of them (Mr. Galvez-Prado) was illegally armed with a pistol.

Martin Andrew Gonzalez, 34, Salem
Joshua Alexander Perez, 18, Salem
Martin Arturo Galvez-Prado, 34, Salem
Angel Sierra Ramos, 30, Salem
