Never has a darwin award been more richly earned. They were briefed TWICE warning them that the incoming aircraft was going to keep the engines running because their power system was fucky. The aircraft also had a warning strobe on to warn ground crew about the engines.

Despite being shouted at not to she approached rear of the aircraft and tried to unload it early. She was bowled over by the jetwash and still insisted on going to the front to unload there.

Maybe fanjet engines the size of a bus are just nature's way of thinning the herd?
