Biden just nominated Judge Noel Wise for a position in the US District Court for the Northern District of California.

Wise wrote in a TIME piece that men should be able to go into women’s bathrooms and argues that biological s*x is not simple but “deceptively complex.”

Another judge who isn't a "biologist" so she doesn't know basic facts 🤡. Someone who doesn't know the difference between men and women should not be appointed to a federal court position.

New horrific details emerging about the r*pe and kiIIing of mother of 5, Rachel Morin, by an illegal.
