Men are natural simps. In the past, austerity and tough living conditions made enough strong men to put their foot down. Now, wr live in luxury like never before, so simping is at all time high. There is no way out of this on societal level. RP individuals now face the entire society being stacked against them. The only way to win is to suppress our nature and walk away. Most, even RP men, are simply incapable of doing it and will eventually succumb to their nature and get fucked hard.
@MrpoopyButhole I think all metal etfs are trusts and they do not lend the metals. They make about o.5% a year on mgmt fees so that is fine with me Anyway I think I will move out of the bitcoin etf and buy gdx instead.

I put rest of my cash to work today so I am 1x in gold, 0.05x in silver, 0.05x in palladium, 0.05x in platinum and 0.05x in bitcoin. All via ETF. Should gave moved my dumb ass in February when I sold at the bottom. Such is life. Now I just want safety, I have no trust in equities right now.
My 3rd week of running 10k every work day. Clocked 120th km today. Average Heartrate is now lower, body is adapting. I wonder how much weight I will lose after a month and 200km which should equal 20k more calories and over 2kg of pure fat burned.

I wanted to buy expensive crest whitening tooth paste(35e with shipping) as getting good shit off the shelf is impossible in EU, but then I remembered I had some whitening sets left over with solid peroxide content(40%) so I just mix a bit on my tooth brush with normal tooth paste and get like 10x better stuff for free. Seems like much better way to do it in general as strongest paste I found had only 4% peroxide and is expensive af.

I think that even if laws would change there is no way to fix fertility rates. I think we are at a stage where men see the true nature of women and are checking out altogether. Not only that but men will no longer sacrifice themselves for women or society and be the disposable sex. The west will by simply given away to the 70 iq barbarians without resistence.

@RoninGrey it does not change the taste of the steak at all. It just cooks in the fat and juices next to the steak on the pan for few minutes. As it has natural sugars it caramelizes a bit and after steak is done you just take it out and pour the fat and juices all over it and it's just heaven in your mouth.
If you make your steaks on a pan, adding half of an onion cut to thick slices, when you flip the steak to the other side, is insanely tasty.
