Eggs might be a cheaper source of protein than hot dogs

To calculate the cost of protein in your food take the number of dollars divided by the number of grams of protein

For example these hot dogs are 50 grams of protein for about $5.00 or about $0.10 per gram of protein

These 18 eggs are 6 grams of protein totaling 108 grams of protein

round to 100 grams to make math easy

They cost $4.19

That is about $0.04 per gram of protein

@LysanderMooner

I am not endorsing a high fat low carb diet. I am simply giving information to present to show that purchasing hot dogs instead of eggs does not necessarily save money if you are going to do a high fat low carb diet.
