Interesting that this happened AFTER this became decentralized nationally and left up to the states. Now thst there's a workaround, they can eat their cake and have it too.
@RoninGrey @Tfmonkey well here's the real bad part. A woman claims your the father, no proof... NO PROBLEM! The man will still get put on child support while he files a motion to establish paternity to get his name removed. Can he get the money back if proven he is not the father?... Nope! That will be called "good faith" payment and will is not refundable in kansas.
