@sardonicsmile It's just a good idea in general that if you're not calling them for help then remain silent. If you are arrested, lawyer up. And if you do need a lawyer, ONLY ANSWER WHAT THE LAWYER ASK AND NO MORE. A lawyer can't lie in court but he's not lying if he doesn't know the truth
@sardonicsmile because that idiot volunteered to talk to the police without a lawyer then chose to illicit the 5th amendment on a certain question. Again, never speak to the police without a lawyer.
