The NIV (New International Version), a modernist non-literalist translation removes the term jews in parts of the NT, so stay awy from ones like that. But any normal copy of the bible in the NABRE, ESV, KJV, RSV2CE, Douay-Rhiems and some others shouldn't have any "censorship" in it, that's more a feature of modernist translations than ones who try to be more literal.
