Do Allergy Shots work?

What about people that got chickenpox as children then never got it again?

I would think that the concept of protecting yourself from a disease by being exposed to a disease has to work in some cases because of chicken pox

Also unless allergy tests are a scam

One can get less of a reaction to a substance through repeated allergy shots

The allergen might not be a reproducing pathogen but it seems like protection from previous exposure

@shortstories @Mongoliaboo why believe that's what a vaccine actually does?
At the very least we know they do more than that and have a lot more in em than just a dead virus

I've also never heard of allergy shots as my immune system came built in but I'd be skeptical of the additives in there too

Here is the problem with the dead virus claim

If something was never alive then how could it die

It is or was very common for biologists to say viruses are non-living or not alive or say that viruses do not live

But they mention "dead viruses" a lot when describing vaccines on the mainstream media outlets

Sometimes they talk about "weakened viruses" which would make more sense if viruses were never alive

Prions are never alive either but can reproduce

Presuming small pox is real and the small pox vaccine prevented the spread of small pox

Presuming vaccines never caused HIV AiDS by transmitting SIV from primate body parts used to generate a vaccine

It was probably good that a small pox vaccine was sent on massive scale

And it is bad that they stopped the small pox vaccinations only to talk about planning to replace them with RNA so called vaccines after Bill Gates talks about a potential outbreak
