Do you sleep on your shoulders by chance?
I too have had many injuries from simply sleeping. Turns out I kept falling asleep on my sides which pinched nerves in my neck and made my wrist too weak to lift thing. Muscle groups are connected in weird ways so pain can refer in different places instead of where its originating from.
@Chimi_Chuang_Tzu Hearing people being injured from sleeping makes me want to try hammock sleeping.

@Chimi_Chuang_Tzu If you sleep at an angle it works. You’re not supposed to sleep “like a banana”.
