So, apparently, another "black people" thing -- apart from seasoning and fire alarm beeps -- is that they don't remove the plastic shipping cover / sticker from their TV screens? The one that has a pull-here tab that says "pull here."

If you intentionally do not remove the plastic covering does it protect the screen

@shortstories @RoninGrey I guess it could protect the main screen from scratching, but you pass the visuals through another medium and therefore you lose some picture quality from what I've read. I guess if you smash the screen in a chimpout you have less shards to worry about too!

I heard rumors that there are some blind people with very large TV screens.

They can listen to the TV by turning it on but they can not see the screen

I guess if they have guests who are not blind a larger screen is better but I find the whole thing hilarious because they are getting the best super expensive TV that they can not see
