There was most likely an actor that played a character called Silverstein who claimed to have done those things on mainstream media sources
@Pain66 The breakfast bit sounds like bullshit. He did lease it for 99 years and take out insurance on it, as any responsible person would, and the insurance covered the catastrophic event that happened 2 months into his lease.
It's nowhere near as interesting as the fireproof passports and dancing Israelis.
