i think it brilliant and bs how the body can adjust to one meal a day and make you fat cuz, if you only eat a thousand calories a day, the body can make the thousand calories as you not maintenance calories. lol AND YOU WILL STILL GAIN WEIGHT!!

@RodrickSage No it isn't the body Is what You eating if You eat Meat Dairy and eggs it doesnt matters how many meals You have in the day or how how caloríes You will gain fat and water cause the inflamation Those things cause to your body

@VeganMGTOW i mean even greens will be stored into fat cuz of the extreme low levels of calories the body is running if one keeps eating less and less, the body will be in a never-ending famine mode.

but that some people, some people are born is fast metabolism from birth. to the point the body just burns. but why, that my question, how can some people be able to survive inhuman levels of famine and some just dry up.

If someone could safely still gain body fat weight without dying over a scale of many years no matter how littler calories they eat then they would be a perpetual motion machine of the third kind

Whoever finds such a person should receive both the Nobel prize in physics and chemistry

@shortstories @VeganMGTOW maybe that's why, people meet alway end up in a plato. cuz the body adapted to the new diet and now what you eat now is your maintenance level of calories. and not really a deficit.

and at that point you're just starving yourself, anything other than protein will spike your insulin to store it into fat. the problem with the carnivore diet is that you suffer from horrible constipation and massive shits.
