The problem with the Puerto Rican joke, it's not that it offensive, it's that America hates that Puerto Rico is a territory, they hate that Puerto Ricans are citizens, the US does not want to keep Puerto Rico anymore, they don't need it.

i think it brilliant and bs how the body can adjust to one meal a day and make you fat cuz, if you only eat a thousand calories a day, the body can make the thousand calories as you not maintenance calories. lol AND YOU WILL STILL GAIN WEIGHT!!

Fuck man, a slow metabolism is auto sabogate, fasting will only make it slower, now this brought me another theory, do the types of body habe a function?
The ecto, meso and endo? Ecto = fast metabolism, meso = medium metabolism and endo = slow metabolism.
As am an endo i need to make my merabolism work, i might have yo start eating like a diabetic, meals and snacks, i have to eat easy to process food, to keep my metanolism working.
