but rice is still a low carb food, that is easily digestible and quick to burn off. and like you said 8 cups is a lot of rice. mostly we would three or four cups of rice with maybe some chicken, egg or most vegetables. and still burn all does calories on their own.

This morning i had an ape Fini, about some people can eat and not gain a bit of fat, we known them as ectomorphs, so it got me thinking, why? how come they can eat so much and not gain fat? what do they hit, and i started to remember my old job, were i ate that their deli and i mainly ate white rice, beans and some meat, majority carbs with small protein. and i lost fat, and i started digging, Asian eat majority carbs, WHITE RICE is their to go food. part 1.
And it hit me; white rice is one of the fasted to digest and fasted to burn, what if that the secret? they hardly gain fat cuz, they mostly eat food that digest quick and burn the fasted, in and out. and we do live in a society where; we eat like every two to three hours. Asian mostly eat rice, and they can add a raw egg or boil an eggplant, meats it's like a banquet for them, the meats that the stomach digest quickest is chicken and turkey, they are in and out.
