Indeed, Maimonides is the focus of much of Shahak’s analysis. Shahak believes that the 12th-century philosopher and talmudist was a Gentile-hater and racist. He quotes Maimonides’ statement that, "their [the Turks and the blacks] nature is like the nature of mute animals, and according to my opinion they are not on the level of human beings" (Guide For the Perplexed, Book III, Chapter 51).

Many non zionist Jews also believe that
They classify who is Jewish by the mother and say "I'm not White I'm Jewish" indicating that either being Jewish is a race or being White is not a race in their minds if their words and thoughts are congruent
Of course their words & thoughts are not necessarily congruent because they can lie
They are more a tribe than a race in reality
Non Zionist Jews might think White people are inherently racist at the moment of birth and they are racially superior to White people because they unlike White people are not born racist
This is a very self contradictory & racist thing to believe but a lot of them seem to believe that based on their words & actions
Non zionist Jews still tend to push anti White policies that are claimed to help black people
They tend not to acknowledge the legacy of Jewish slave owners
I do not have a problem with Jewish people because of their ancestry or so called race
I have a problem with Jewish passed down beliefs that influence Jews to discriminate against those they do not classify as Jewish
I do not have a problem with all Jews because I am racist which I am not
I have a problem with most Jews because they are racist as a tenet of their religion and even one's who call themselves Atheist often are still religiously racist
I do not claim Hitler is a perfect role model
Someone can mention good things about something someone did while at the same time mentioning that other things they did were bad
Learn some nuance

Maimonides’ assertion that whereas one who murders a Jew is subject to the death penalty, one who murders a non-Jew is not (Mishneh Torah, Laws of Murder 2:11). According to another leading commentator, indirectly causing the death of a non-Jew is no sin at all (Rabbi Yoel Sirkis, Bayit Hadash, commentary on Bet Yosef, Yoreh Deah 158).
