I have lived in an economic resession for most of my life, my first job I was able to get during the 2008 recession by pure luck. All my life has been in hard mode, I don't drink, smoke, do drugs of any kind, I don't even drink coffee. Worked and studied all my life until I graduated with a Batchelor of Science and I have never stopped working or saving money, and I still can't afford a home.

the 30 year mortgage is a usry trap and now you have buyer and sellers agents that want their 5% cut each not to mention the insurance scam local and state taxes,and they can sell your loan to another company at will that may require more insurance and then back charge you for 6 months of required hazard insurance you didn't know you needed to borrow from this other Jew run mortgage outfit then the masons will move Niggers next door so you will white flight to the next suburb they build

@Scubbie I am at a point were I dont know what to do with my money, I want a home so that I can start a family with my waifu and I also dont want to spend that money, I want to keep investing it and watch it grow chi-chi-chi-chia so that I can retire someday in the future.
