@sardonicsmile This is like many people that discover carnivore diet because we were lied about it.
Even I was hesitant to try full day on carnivore diet.
First that came close was salad with 70% meat and 30% plants I felt better than 30-70 and 50-50 then I tried full day carnivore and saw how good it was for my body.
@Stahesh I eat mostly 80/20 lean beef, bacon, eggs, spinach/lettuce.
I do like cooking so my diet is not so regimented. I put together my own Ramen, I like Indian and French food, as well
Main thing is: No processed foods. No cereal, milk, dairy, or that many vegetables or fruits. I do eat cottage cheese, though.
