With todays easilly nutrients and caloric foods it becomes easier to overwhelm your body.
Not mentioning minerals and vitamins deficiencies can be caused by minerals and vitamins toxicities.
So now when I do not drink and eat I feel much better.
@VeganMGTOW This could be reason whe vegan diet worked for you because you ate too much and with vegan diet that is less caloric and nutrients dense become less problem for your body.
@Stahesh I personally go to a chiropractor for back pain. I started in winter of last year, and here we are getting into the Spring. My body is responding well, and I have excellent movement. I went today actually for a check up, since my job is delivering ice bags it’s very physically demanding and I wanted to make sure my body is handling the stress well enough.
I would suggest getting an X-rays done on your neck and back and seeing if you need adjustments. Get a male chiropractor obviously.

And something interesting happens I break the fasting with heavy carb meal this knockout happens I sleep like a baby feeling how the insulin invade My body I really good experience.
@VeganMGTOW @TenaciousGoat @Tfmonkey While I fast sometimes I can go full day without feeling hunger only wanting to eat with no real hunger only taste for food.
After day I can feel true hunger when I feel my empty stomach when it shrinks and feel like black hole.
I had for some time back pain and now I think it goes away after creating bigger gaps in eating and drinking water.
