After invaders who "own" their homes the second biggest drain on the housing market is professional slum lord companies who are under Black Rock and the like who buy up tons of housing using government money (your tax dollars at work, goy) and use it collect money from shitskins living on government rent subsidies.
The USA is now ~50% non White, old White people who can afford more than one home are a rounding error compared to that.
