@RodrickSage Only thing that works for my body is fasting for day even when I eat one carrot or egg I feel like it is enough food maintenance for whole day.
So eating nothing is only option. Even one cup of coffee ruins it for me.😭 Like wtf 🤬 how one cup of coffee can make me to not lose fat👿
@RodrickSage I did experience If it was only from instan coffee and same thing happens If I use normal coffee.
My body just need little of something to ruin fat burning for almost day. Be it adaptation, fasting or going carnivore. One thing is for sure my body need long time from anything to be in fat burning state.
